RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return an item- no worries! Just follow the instructions below. Or send us an email or message if you get stuck, and we'll be more than happy to help! Email us at customerservicesugarandspice@outlook.com

If you happen to change your mind on your item/s, we do not offer refunds. We will offer a store credit (not including the shipping prices. Item/s only. Customers cover all shipping costs).

Also unfortunately we can not be held accountable for any missing/damaged packages once sent. You can contact the mail carrier for these issues online.

All products being returned must meet the following strict guidelines:

  • Tags must be attached
  • Item/s must be unworn
  • Item/s must be in original condition that it was sent in (not worn, washed, altered, added/removed attachments)
  • Items sold in sets must include all included items
  • Items must be returned within the 14 days the items were sent in

INSTRUCTIONS

Please note that all return costs are responsibility of the customer.

  • Print and fill out our RETURNS FORM.
  • If you are unable to print from, please email us at customerservicesugarandspice@outlook.com with the following: Your name, Your email address items were purchased with, your order number, and what items you are returning (and quantity if you have multiple)
  • Pack the items you wish to return in a parcel bag (can be purchased at your own cost from your local post office) and post it (also at your own cost) to the following address:
  • Sugar and Spice Clothing, PO BOX 157, Kingswood, NSW, 2747
  • Once the items have been received by us, checked over and they meet the return standards (see above), we will be able to issue you your store credit. Please wait at least 48 hours for this to come through. (Reminder: your shipping costs will not be refunded to you) 
  • If your parcel is lost on return to us, you will unfortunately need to contact the parcel carrier company, as we are unable to track.

 

Sugar and Spice reserves the right to refuse a return on any item/s that do not meet the return guidelines above. It is the businesses right to deem if a product is faulty or not, using our discretion accordingly.
