Shipping Policies

We ship from Sydney, Australia, and send parcels all over the country, using Australia Post Standard Shipping (Express available for added cost). We do not currently ship overseas.

SHIPPING TIMES

We get your orders out within 1-2 business days (depending on store demand), and then Australia Post adds on their extra delivery days:

Australia Post Standard Shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Australia Post Express Shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days, also depending on your location.

(Please note that these times can experience delays due to multiple reasons, including busy times of year, public holidays, etc.)

We also offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.

Please keep in mind that during the COVID pandemic, shipping times are taking longer than usual, so please be patient and keep that in mind before purchasing before a specific event. We can not issue refunds due to slow shipping, as it is unfortunately out of our control.

Australia Post Express Shipping rate is $13.99

These are extra costs added to your shopping cart total at check out.

Free Standard Shipping is offered for purchases over $75.

Please be aware that once shipped, we unfortunately have no control over any lost/damaged parcels. You can contact Australia Post directly for these issues.

Item/s can not be refunded/credited if lost or damaged once posted.

If you accidentally insert the wrong address in the check out, we will try our very best to change this in time. However, if we are notified too late, you will need to contact Australia Post to rectify this. We can not be held accountable.
