How do I return my items?

How do you send your items?

We send all packages through Standard Australia Post (Express available for extra costs) in protected satchels to protect your item/s from damage and weather. Please see our separate tab marked "Shipping Information" for all extra shipping information (prices, times, policies etc)

Where are you based?

We are a small family business based in Sydney, Australia!

Where do you ship?

Unfortunately we only ship domestically in Australia at the moment, however send us an email if you wish to ship overseas (customerservicesugarandspice@outlook.com)

Do you have a physical shop to visit?

Not right now, no! Just online for the moment.
